How are my pearls packaged?
All our jewellery comes in a beautiful silk presentation pouch and is then placed in a bubble wrap envelope to get to you in perfect condition. If you would like a particular coloured silk pouch please let us know in the 'customer notes' section, when placing your order.

How long will my pearls take to arrive?

In the UK we aim to deliver jewellery within 3-5 working days using Royal Mail.  If you require something that is not currently in stock, please contact us directly for delivery time. If you require a particular item urgently please contact us as we may be able to speed up your order for you. Outside the UK most orders should arrive within 14 days.

How much does P&P cost?

Within the UK, the first item will cost £2.00 and thereafter each additional item costs an extra £0.50p. If you require your item to be delivered using Special Delivery before 9am the next day please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you at the cost of postage.

For international shipping, costs are £6.00 plus £1.00 for every item thereafter. We are currently able to  ship to Europe and the following countries:

Australia, U.S.A. Canada, Hong Kong, Gibralta, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland.

What is your exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Amelia Pearls. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased simply return it to us in its origional condition*, within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund within 28 days of the item by us. Alternatively you may exchange the item for another piece.

We will happily replace a faulty item(s) with an identical replacement, rather than a refund if you wish.

*Origional condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item(s) being returned, they have not been worn, and they have not come into contact with any perfume or other chemicals.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can phone us on 0208 257 3503 (8am-5pm Monday to Friday) or e-mail us at info@ameliapearls.com and we will give you a full update as to when your order will be delivered.

How do I pay for my goods?
We only accept online payment in a secure environment by payment card and we currently accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Switch.

Is it safe to order online?
We use an industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it. Every time you enter an area of our website that requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, a padlock will appear at the bottom of your screen, indicating that the site is secure. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, phone number and identification number as it travels through the internet. This means that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server. Once each payment has been validated and authorisation approved, your card details are deleted. Your card details are not held on the internet. .

What do I do if I have a complaint?
If for any reason you have a complaint about Amelia Pearls please do not hesitate to contact us via any of the methods described on our contact us page. We approach all criticism and complaints with the highest regard and it is our policy to address all complaints within five working days.

I have never bought designer jewellery online: How can I be sure I'll be happy with my purchase?
We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations since even our best photographs do not reflect the colours and sparkle of the gemstones
